1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these terms.

2. Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Chiang Mai, Thailand. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer if you are located in a jurisdiction that prohibits such waivers.

3. Dispute Resolution Procedures

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We commit to working in good faith to resolve disputes amicably. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration, or litigation as appropriate under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these terms.
